Examples of treatments

The following examples are various treatments that our clinic has performed.

Gingivitis treatment (74-year-old male patient)
Gingivitis

This patient complained about swollen and bleeding gums. We found many shifting teeth. Gingivitis had already advanced.

Gingivitis

The second photograph shows his teeth after the treatment. Implant-supported bridges were used to support the damaged bone structure. Since a gingivitis treatment was given throughout the mouth, healthy gums are back.

Masticate treatment (47-year-old female patient)
Masticate

This patient complained that it was hard to chew the food. The back gums also felt uncomfortable when chewing the food. Delusions of taste sometimes occurred. We found out that the teeth were not aligned properly because the crowns were moved. The roots were also infected. The delusions of taste could have been caused from a metal allergy.

Masticate

The second photograph shows the upper teeth with corrected occlusion after all the crowns were removed. Because we performed gum and endodontic treatments, the uncomfortable feelings of the gums disappeared. The delusions of taste were also gone.

Aesthetic treatment (52-year-old female patient)
Aesthetic

This photograph shows the front teeth of a patient who wanted to improve the appearance of her teeth. Because she has an underbite, braces along with other treatments were used.

Aesthetic

We moved the upper teeth forward and the lower teeth backward to align the bite properly. The six front teeth are GES crowns.

GES crowns give the patient natural looks and do not cause discoloration of gum. Since the gum was also treated, the patient got her healthy teeth back.

Cavity treatment (37-year-old male patient)
Cavity

The patient had a mouth full of decay. It might look like all the teeth had to be removed, but we diagnosed that the teeth could be saved using crown-lengthening procedure.

Cavity

The structures of all the teeth were extended with crowns. Because each one of the teeth was weak, all the teeth were bonded to support one another. No single tooth was extracted.

Gum treatment (63-year-old male patient)
Gum

This patient’s gums around the crowns were swollen and bleeding. We found a deep pocket between the crowns and gums, which is hard to be cleaned up. The gums were discolored due to the ion of the metal crowns.

Gum

The second photograph shows the front teeth after the treatment. The crowns were replaced with GES crowns. The color of the gums returned to a pinkish color. The bad bite causes shoulder pain and headache. We corrected the occlusion by raising the bite (The lower teeth are more visible). He no longer has shoulder pain or headache.

Taste treatment (53-year-old female patient)
Taste

This patient always had uncomfortable feelings during the meal, and she experienced taste abnormalities. We found out that the teeth were not aligned properly. The ion of the metal used for the crowns might have seeped out.

Taste

The second photograph shows the upper teeth after the treatment. All crowns were removed, and the occlusion was corrected. As a result, she can chew and taste the food much better. Because all the metal was removed, the delusions of taste were also gone.

Fractured teeth treat (34-year-old female patient)
Fractured teeth

Her family noticed that she had bad breath. We found out that underneath the fillings and crowns were infections, which cause pus from the gums. Because crowns in the front teeth and fillings in the back teeth were not fitted well, tartar and plaque were built up in the pockets between the gums.

Fractured teeth

The second photograph shows after the treatment. Because the crowns and fillings were replaced, no pockets to deposit tartar or plaque exist. Pus stopped coming out. She no longer has bad breath.

Bad breath treatment (38-year-old female patient)
Bad breath

Her family noticed that she had bad breath. We found out that underneath the fillings and crowns were infections, which cause pus from the gums. Because crowns in the front teeth and fillings in the back teeth were not fitted well, tartar and plaque were built up in the pockets between the gums.

Denture treatment (61-year-old female patient)
Denture

This patient wore unfitted dentures for a long time, which caused the swollen gums. The magnets for the dentures (silver parts shown in the photograph) can still be used for crown bases.

Denture

The second photograph shows the front teeth after the treatment. We performed crown lengthening and extrusion treatments. Because the root was still strong enough to support crowns, we placed implant-supported bridges to the upper teeth.

We removed crowns from the lower teeth and placed a titanium partial denture. The healthy gums are back.

Gingivitis treatment (68-year-old male patient)
Gingivitis

This photograph shows the back teeth of a patient treated for a missing tooth. We found many shifting teeth due to an advanced stage of gingivitis.

Gingivitis

The second photograph shows the teeth after the treatment. All teeth were connected and fixed with implant-supported bridges. Because gingivitis was also treated, healthy gums are back.

Aesthetic & TMJ treatment (47-year-old female patient)
Aesthetic and TMJ

This patient sought straightening for her front teeth. She heard clicking sounds from the left jaw, and felt severe pain in the left shoulder. This resulted from the shifted lower jaw because left and right fillings were uneven. The left side of her face was slightly stuck out.

Aesthetic and TMJ

The front teeth and old fillings were replaced with GES crowns. The occlusion was also shifted back to the right. Because the lower jaw was corrected, the jaw joint clicking and the shoulder pain disappeared. Asymmetrical face was also corrected.
